Tutorial epic monsters won't attack.

I haven't gone back to retry the bug, I don't care enough to bother attempting to re-create it, but I thought it was important enough to put here. I was bored and decided to see if the tutorial had changed at all and wound up going Ashe and running mid/roaming because I'm way past needing to listen to the announcers commands. Anyways, I went to take Dragon early on, don't remember the time, and all it did was roar and growl at me, it never took off or attacked me. After the announcer gave it as a quest I went again (I know, following her orders, but it's Drag so why not?) and the same thing happened. The Rift Herald acted as I'm assuming it's meant to, struck back and moved around, but near the end of the game I decided to try taking on Baron Nashor, who behaved the same way as Dragon, just sitting there. It still had its AoE debuff for dealing periodic damage, but Baron itself didn't do anything.
