Cannot lock a champion and stuck

In ranked flex. After SUCCESSFULLY selecting Urgot, "lock in" button becomes unclickable, and the button appears to be grey. Then the count down continues and eventually everyone leaves room(as I failed to lock in). Meanwhile I was stuck on the selecting phase and had to force quit program.

For some reason, when the client opens and closes, it tends to stay open in the background, and if a new one is open, it will give contradictory info the the client.

So open task manager and just end the task of any rouge LoL clients. Then open a new one.

They'd be in the background processes.
