No health bars, no player names

For maybe 10% of games, I start the game and the client does not show health bars or player names. This has happened in ranked with equal probability as in norms. I have reported this on multiple accounts, on multiple computers, across multiple patches, on multiple networks, but it continues to happen. I know this happens to many other people. What is Riot doing to fix this, if anything?
