Still in game but not in game

I was in a game me and my mate where disconnected at the same moment and we cannot reconnect, also on op.gg and professor.gg we saw that we are still in game and when a friend connect his account he see I'm not in game I'm disconnected . Please Help Sorry for my English I'm fr
