Practice Tool Bug

I joined a practice tool and left after testing a champion, after that it won't let me queue for anything else and everytime I reboot my client it tries to rejoin me into the game but then it won't let me join it. I also did the troubleshoot repair and restarted my computer and nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated.
