[GAMEPLAY] Visual Bug in Scoreboard Overlaps Rows

The summoner rows on the scoreboard in-game appear to overlap on a single row for each team. I noticed this bug immediately after entering the game.

At some point in the end game it corrected itself however.

This is the first time I have encountered this particular visual bug, if I encounter it again I will post the conditions and times which It occurred and steps to reproduce if applicable.

So far this has only happened once but it affects decisions for early game itemization if you can see what your opponents are building.
