A red light on the didn't disappear

The red light you see on the screenshot didn't disappear. He stayed for maybe 10 minutes and we didn't know what it was. First i thought it was a soul of Bloodmoon Thresh, but there was none Bloodmoon Thresh in game. One second after i made the screenshot, it was gone.

Anyone knows what this was? I'm curious ^^

Oops i meant "on the midlane didn't disappear" instead of "on the didn't disappear" -_-

Just a visual bug, i think it's a tower shot that's all :P
