[GAMEPLAY] ALL MAPS- 20% CDR Items

On all three maps, I have encountered a bug. When purchasing the components (specifically Fiendish Codex, the item granting cdr) to Morellonomicon and Nashor's Tooth before upgrading to the full item and then immediately undoing back to the base component parts (only Fiendish Codex is necessary) causes the champion's cdr to increase a total of 30% (core component cdr + completed item cdr). The other stats are correct upon clicking undo. The cdr fixes itself after 7 seconds of in game time. Purchasing other cdr items seems to not increase or decrease the cdr until the seven seconds have passed. The only 'fix' to this before the seven seconds have passed is to rebuy the completed item (Morello or Nahsor's)

Upon purchasing Iceborn Gauntlets, Frozen Heart, or Trinity Force, after purchasing the core items, the following happens. The core items give the correct amount of stats, including cdr. However, upon completing the item (only after purchasing the core items that give cdr first), the total amount of cdr given is 30% instead of the stated 20% for each of the three items. This cdr discrepancy lasts the same length as with Morellonomicon and Nashor's Tooth. After seven seconds or after clicking undo, the cdr is corrected. Casting spells during the period of increased cool down did not switch the cdr back to what it should have been and therefore the spells were refunded 10% faster.

Although this is not a 'game breaking' bug, it still presents advantages that can be exploited (gaining the extra cdr to cast an ult to shave 15 seconds off of the ult and then rebuying the main item). I have tested this with Annie, Ziggs, and Veigar on all three maps.
