Queue fails to appear at accept/decline games

While playing with friends in team builder other people can see the people in the accept/decline stage but they dont show for me. Or if i join someone elses game i never get the ready button. or i never get a match found A/d buttons in blind pick or arams. This just started today and i play this game daily im pretty confused i already repaired and it did nothing. And i did the ip Helper thing as well. And now i just got a half hour ban on queues because i didnt even get a chance to accept. That makes sense.
