Xerath Ultimate [URGENT] Can replicate

Xerath, Summoners Rift and Twisted Treeline, only two I've been playing him on.

Xeraths first shot from his ultimate activates and targets area near his position. I can replicate this almost every time I use his ult in game. Has happened all night. It only does it on the first out of three shots.

Mostly replicated through team fights when quick reactions are necessary. Ultimate then quickly fire first shot in targets area and direction and it fires right next to him.

Happens majority of time.
