Doom Bots Wont Start

A friend of mine's game keep crashing , evreything works ; normal , 3v3 , aram , vs bots , pvp , but whenever he queue's up for Doom Bots , his game crashes after champion lock in , so he gets leaver buster evreytime we try something to fix it... anny ideas what's causing the problem ???? thanks ahead already :D
