Kayle Ultimate Bug

I was recently in a game and the Kayle was able to keep attacking with the Ultimate still on her. Initially the Kayle Ultimate stopped all attacks; however, once the swords fell Kayle began attacking. Now when the swords of Kayle's Ultimate fall and she began attacking I assumed her ultimate was gone, but Kayle was still immune to damage. I re-watched the replay several times and it appears that when the swords fall and Kayle Starts attacking again, the ultimate buff the prevents all incoming damage is still on kayle for another 1 - 1.5 seconds. Is this normal or a bug?

If I recall correctly that is how it works for her. She makes a allied champ or herself invulnerable for 2/2.5/3 seconds, and after a cast time of 1.5 seconds for the damage portion of the ult she can attack again. which gives her depending on ultimate level .5 - 1.5 seconds to attack while allied champion or herself is still invulnerable.

im not sure on the exact times, but yes that is correct. tho it really does look weird.

False. Absolutely false.

That's OLD Kayle. Old Kayle could Auto Attack during ultimate because it dealt no damage and wasn't a channel.

NEW Kayle's ultimate doesn't let her auto attack because it's a channel AND deals damage.

This is a serious bug that needs patching ASAP.

its a 2/2.5/3 second instant invulnerably with a 1.5 sec cast time on start for the damage. Once the swords fall you can start attacking. "Kayle can move but not attack or cast spells while casting Divine Judgment" is in the tooltip of the spell itself.

It exactly says that you CAN'T auto attack, and the ultimate DAMAGE mitigation is the part of the channel, NOT just pre-damage animation.

I play Kayle pretty frequently, and I say with some conviction that Daenrys is correct. The invulnerability lasts longer than the channel, so Kayle does get some attacks with it up if she ults herself. I just prefer using it on teammates instead because it's better to have someone actively doing damage while in range for the entire thing.

I'm pretty sure there's always been a short window after new Kayle's ult does damage in which she can attack but is immune to actions. If not always, definitely for quite a while.
