[CLIENT] error bug

At the home page, whenever I try to click any of the links that direct me to an official league discussion website (FE: Champion Update Evelynn, or more about the new runes) it gives me error messages. This happens when sending links in private chats as well, and every time it has been an instance of Application not found.
