Caught in low priority loop

So I received a 5 game 5 minute low priority queue penalty for afking (had some router issues and it took a couple weeks to realize I needed a new one) and when I try a match and watch the counter count down from 5 min I get an 'attempting to reconnect' message around the 1:20 mark and the counter resets back to 5 mins. I haven't been able top play 1 game since. I sent a ticket to support with the hextech logs and after a few days with no response I do Live Chat with Miku. Miku tells me its my ISP and my ping is kinda high and that there is NOTHING he can do. I asked to at least be banned instead of this lpq bs so that I can at least play after the ban. NOTHING he can do. So after 5 years of lol, 3 million mastery on Mundo, a whole shit ton of friends and community I'm told 'sorry man good luck'. Bring on PUB G

Sorry to hear you're unable to play at all due to this. There are some steps you can perform (if you haven't already) which may improve the issue for you, ultimately, I'd recommend keeping in touch with your ISP to keep track of the issue since it's been reportedly coming from their end.

Ultimately, if your ISP doesn't resolve this in a timely manner, consider dropping them and acquiring a new one.

Tried all the above. I'm in the country so I know I don't have the highest speed (running at 15 mg download 8 mg upload) and I'm kinda lucky to get that. My ping is a solid 45 in game and I rarely get the occasional DC. I play all FPS (Pubg, Fortnite, CoD) with no issues. It seems through this LPQ my connection refreshes or some crap after about 4 mins. Nothing ISP can (or will) do and my options are limited with choices. I've asked support to even ban me for however long they want just so I don't have to do LPQ. Got the big 'sorry sux to be you' speech. Unreal. my Mundo finally gets the buff I've been waiting for to get me outta silver too.
