Caught in low priority loop

So I received a 5 game 5 minute low priority queue penalty for afking (had some router issues and it took a couple weeks to realize I needed a new one) and when I try a match and watch the counter count down from 5 min I get an 'attempting to reconnect' message around the 1:20 mark and the counter resets back to 5 mins. I haven't been able top play 1 game since. I sent a ticket to support with the hextech logs and after a few days with no response I do Live Chat with Miku. Miku tells me its my ISP and my ping is kinda high and that there is NOTHING he can do. I asked to at least be banned instead of this lpq bs so that I can at least play after the ban. NOTHING he can do. So after 5 years of lol, 3 million mastery on Mundo, a whole shit ton of friends and community I'm told 'sorry man good luck'. Bring on PUB G
