Ive been waiting for a match for 8min+ and still can't find a game. Currently still waiting.
EDIT: 10min+ now, still nothing
EDIT2: 20min have gone by now.
EDIT3: 27min, Riot now working on the issue.
EDIT4: Summer ended, fall has passed, summer came again, and now spring is here. Still waiting. The road looks long. I have a beard now. One day, I believe, I will play again. One day..
EDIT5: Universal God had died.
Can confirm been waiting for a team to be matched in ARAM for over 16 mins now even after restarting the client 3 times now, Its almost like is not even attempting to match up players.
Oh wait Riot posted on the client they are aware of unusually long wait times so.....
Just queued for Top/Mid and got a match in like, 2 minutes. Did you try restarting the queue?

yeah ive given every mode a couple of minutes, can;t join. gave coop almost ten twice, new england btw
Maybe its a regional thing but there seems to be a good amount of people having this problem.
even bot games which usually take 10 seconds to match are going 15+ minutes without a match for me
