Anyone else notice the Katarina and Braum bug going on?

So basically, recently on this new patch Katarina's daggers are getting bugged on Braum's shield. The dagger will stop right in its tracks when it hits him (which is normal) but then I can't e on it or when I walk over it it doesn't activate. It has the circle but no dagger in the middle. It's mis leading as hell when I try to e on it but I instead e on Braum with no reset to get back out. Is it a visual bug or a coding bug or what? I can't be the only one noticing this. Right? If anyone can help explain it to me if it isn't actually a bug and just part of the game please.
