[GAMEPLAY] Sivir Spellshield not blocking initial root from Dragon's Rage

On Sivir, while Spell Shield blocks the damage and knockback from Lee Sin's Dragon's Rage, Sivir still suffers the root during Dragon Rage's cast time.

As Sivir, use Spell Shield while moving
Have Lee Sin use Dragon's Rage during the duration of your spellshield

This bug occurred several times during the course of the game, allowing Lee Sin's team to better follow up on his negated ult during fights.

If they try fixing it then they'll make the root take out the spellshield and the kick will end up going through anyway :P

I don't think the root was initially intended so it's not coded as a normal CC ability, should test it with other CC blocking abilities like Olaf Ult, Morgana E, item 3102 item 3140 , GP W. Noc spellshield
