Everyone is disconnected

Was playing a game of aram and at around the 10 min mark everyone just started lagging out and then the lag didn't stop so i tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but it didn't let me reconnect and i was met with a black screen and a error message, i messaged one of my friends who was in the game and they said the same thing happened to them, after around 30 mins i assumed it happened to everyone cause the game hadn't ended at that point.

It has currently been around 2 hours and i still am unable to reconnect, it feels like a eternity, i cant do anything else until i reconnect, 8/10 minor bugs

Its nice to know that this isn't happening in just ranked. Multiple people are having this problem and Riot has gotten a lot of tickets for it. Its not happening enough to make them shut down servers, but they are aware of what is happening. They don't know how to fix it at the moment and they can't just cancel games to pull people out. It is a shitty situation all around.
