LeaverBuster Problems because of Patch 5.1???
so i have not left any games and after i downloaded the new patch, it says that i have to wait 2- mins for leaverbuster. i didnt leave any games pls help thank you

There were some firewall and networking issues recently and we decided to turn LeaverBuster off to ensure that players were not mistakenly sent to low priority queue. When the server issues were fixed, we turned LeaverBuster back on, but the penalties weren't firing. As a result of this, we're seeing that some players who left/AFK'd in games after the firewall and networking issues resolved did not receive their penalty until this week.
Sorry about the confusion! All low priority queue penalties should be granted immediately after leaving/AFK games now, instead of after a delay.
first off why the hell even use leaverbuster its a horrible system that you guys insist that its the players network meanwhile it's your trash system you use that gives people bs queues. you should check my match history and see I haven't afk/leave a game for probably over 100 games or so. So why don't you (riot employee) resolve my issues and remove my queue timer. I had to wait for like 4 hrs just in queue timers because of your leaverbuster when the firewall bs happened . and I don't feel like that again because the timer never went away until you guys updated shut down the system. your shit system makes me want to quit even though I spent like $300 on this game. its quite sad how you have so many flaws yet you are the #1 game. I think people should reconsider if these issues reoccur and just go onto another game.

The same thing happend to me. I haven't left a match in more than 20 games. I'm pretty sure its a bug
