No voice with Arclight Yorick taunt/joke/laugh

I do not hear any voice coming from the Arclight Yorick skin whenever I do the joke, taunt, or laugh. The dance emote still has sound and I still get voice while walking, but the others do not produce anything but the action.

I thought this was a problem with my PC at first, but turns out there are allot of champs/skins with "broken voices"
