[Client] Bug with the ! icon

I have just discoverd a bug : when you click on the blue icon (!) during the loading of the launcher, it will open after the laucher is connected on your account and then you'll not be able to close it. Also you can't do nothing else on the laucher as the window with the listing of the bugs is on and cannot be closed. The link give above is a screen of what ot looks.
