[CLIENT] Mastery Bug(s) in New Champ Select

The masteries in the new champ select have been very finnicky (read: buggy) for myself and others. I've seen a couple of other people mention the first of these problems, but not the second.

So--

Problem One:

If I've just looked at another player's masteries, the masteries in champ select will have the other person's titles instead of my own.

1. Be a creeper and look at the masteries of a player other than yourself
2. Queue up for draft pick
3. Go to the pull-down list to change masteries
4. Notice that almost all of them now have the titles of the other player's mastery pages

Problem Two:

If I add a mastery page while in the new champ select, it will allow me to use it for that game but will not be listed as an option in future games (unless I'm in blind pick)

1. Edit masteries
2. Create a new mastery page
3. Queue up for another game after winning/losing that one and notice that the mastery you made previously has disappeared

Important to note though that the mastery will still be visible in your profile, and is selectable in blind pick.

I'm not sure if problem two happens because I have 17+ mastery pages (perhaps they would be visible if there were fewer?) but either way it's something that should be fixed :)
