Too Scared of AFK Banning to Play / Really Frustrated at Being Punished for Riot's Glitchy Software

I've been playing LoL for years. I've made multiple accounts, spent plenty of money, and love the game dearly.

Lately, League has been a huge hassle. Two weeks ago it was completely problem free. As of today, it's made my graphic card crash twice, it constantly kicks me offline when my expensively quick internet remains completely available, it suddenly tells me my firewall is blocking access when it was never an issue before, and as of yesterday I cannot connect to the maestro.

The few times I've been able to connect, I've been getting disconnected from games 15-40 minutes in, and when I try to reconnect, it tells me my firewall is blocking the way and I can't reconnect. To a game. I was just playing. Over time, afk buster has punished me for this, and now I'm too scared to play the game in fear that my account is going to be banned.

Look. Everything was working fine, and I've made no changes to my anti-virus, firewall, graphics card, and my internet is sparkling. Ever since I downloaded a patch ~two weeks ago, my League of Legends hates everything about me and my computer. Now, I don't know what to do. Do I play?

I mean, I already have a 10:00 minute wait to queue up. Sigh. Guess I'll go play Hearthstone.

I would try opening a support ticket.

Have you tried this?

It seems as though your graphics card is causing trouble. Start by making sure your graphics card is up to date - it is possible that the new patch requires newer software. If you haven't recently updated your graphics card, this could be what is causing problems (It is free to do, by the way. Some people don't know that).

Then try repairing the client (this will take some time).

If this fails, follow these instructions: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/peVhMJAo-the-wrenchmens-toolbox-common-solutions-to-your-problems-technical-issues

And if that fails, send a ticket in to Riot's Help and Support. They are happy to help you with issues like this.

Finally, it is probably best not to play match made games until you get this sorted - stick to customs while testing to see if this has worked. If you continue to play even though you are consistently having problems then you aren't being fair to your team.

Hope I helped!

This happens to me in every game I play now. I get disconnected randomly in-game but when I check my internet connection, it seems to be fine. It always says the same thing that my firewall is blocking something but I'm pretty sure it's turned off. It definitely affects my gameplay too.

What GPU do you use?

This has happened to me randomly for years.....it gets really good for months then bad for a few weeks, and if it happens i reboot and it tends to fix it.

http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/EhLiqHRa-random-game-crash-due-to-loss-of-an-asset I don't even know how this is possible, but it prevented me from reconnecting until i reinstall the entire game,16 hours later. 3 Day ban anyways so im off to a good start.

I don't know about Hearthstone

There are too many cards now in the game to get a majority by just F2P

Who knows the newest expansion could be cool
