Gragas's abilities casting and acting weird

gragas's ability aren't working the way they should be. his ult when casted is having a delay before the cask is shot out (average time being 1-2 seconds) his E has fazed through jungle camp in enemies, and his Q isn't casting in general. if anyone else have had these bugs happen to them as well feel free to post on this thread
