Possible Bug while clicking Fiora to ban in ranked champ select

While playing ranked I have noticed that if I am ever on the side that gets last pick overall, if I am banning I cannot seem to ban Fiora Fiora at least if it happens to be in the last 10 seconds of the countdown. This issue has happened to me twice, once it made me dodge, the other I gave up and banned another champion. I don't know if it is specifically my client or this is a hidden bug that came out recently. I thought possibly it could be latency issues but my knowledge of servers isn't that deep so I have no clue if it is that or not. Am I the only one having this issue?

Well, if the enemy team does not own a champion you can't ban it (or even see it to choose to ban).

If that wasn't your issue, then it's a bug I guess.

That brings up a thought to me, maybe it was visual glitch and they didn't have Fiora but my client was saying they did.... Still have no clue
