Possible Bug while clicking Fiora to ban in ranked champ select

While playing ranked I have noticed that if I am ever on the side that gets last pick overall, if I am banning I cannot seem to ban Fiora at least if it happens to be in the last 10 seconds of the countdown. This issue has happened to me twice, once it made me dodge, the other I gave up and banned another champion. I don't know if it is specifically my client or this is a hidden bug that came out recently. I thought possibly it could be latency issues but my knowledge of servers isn't that deep so I have no clue if it is that or not. Am I the only one having this issue?
