In-game visual bug

Hello, today I've encountered a visual bug which occured in the Draft Pick mode, 5v5. I was not able to pick or ban any champions and I got suspended with a timer because of it, why do I have to be punished because of the bug ? Please consider looking into it, perhaps I am an isolated case, who knows..
