Friends summoner icons just not showing?

Since about the last major update, everyone on my friends list has no summoner icons. Weirdly enough, when I went to a local gaming cafe, the icons were working perfectly fine there, would appreciate any help cause it's quite annoying Link to show what i'm talking about: https://imgur.com/yUEB79L
