Syndra Movement Issues (Pathing i think)

Every game that i'm playing Syndra there sees to be a but withe her movement, she paths horribly and glitches to the side even when you walk a short distance, its very off putting and can literally gives me a headache from the screen jolting all the time, only seems to happen from after level 6 so may want to check her ult for bugs

i really really like this champ i've reinstalled the whole game multiple times and run multiple repairs but it still bugs

please help <3
