When yasuos passive is activated the game suddenly crashes [CRASH]

If yasuos passive is blown up it sometimes crashes the game and you are unable to do anything else the game just freezes and you have to shutdown your PC. It happened in 3 out of 4 ranked games and i cant really describe how exactly it happened nor do i have any evidence to show you that but i heard from other players that it happened to them aswell. I was playing on the Project: yasuo skin on the EUW server. I hope you can find out how this Bug happens and fix it. I think the problem is the passive because this bug only appears when your passive gets activated or if you ult and your passive gets refreshed.
