I think Janna ult has a bug.

I was playing Janna few days ago, and I couldn't knock back enemy's jungler. I thought that was just bad timing at that time. But today I was Morgana support playing vs Janna, and Janna couldn't push me back. so only I had to do was just black-shielding my adc. Is there anyone experienced this situation these days?
