Dervish Blade for Summoners Rift (Gameplay)

Don't know if this is a bug or not. In the item settings Dervish Blade says "This item is not available on the following maps: Howling Abyss", does not include Summoners Rift and yet it is not an item I can choose to build once In game. Please add this item to the Rift.
