Bard isn't in my champion list

i own bard and have played him lots before but when i logged in today and tyed to join a team builder with him he wasn't in my champion pool. I went and checked my champion list on my profile and he is there but i am unable to select him for games. I tried going into a custom game and he is grayed out and I am unable to select him. Please help he is one of my favorite champs and i don't know why this is happening

Network Operations – Yesterday at 9:04 PM We've temporarily disabled Bard due to an in-game bug, and are working on fixing the problem.

If something appears to be disabled but there is no in-game notification, check the website's Support Status page.

His ult is making turrets permanently invulnerable in certain situations.

I was able to select him, but Bard is currently disabled for some reason. I haven't seen anything about it thus far though.
