[CLIENT] ARAM restart/leaving issue

Many times through the past couple days, I have been on the receiving end of a bug where- although my party members would be in champions select, telling me that I was in it and I had a champion ready (via voice chat) the game from my end would be in the original waiting lobby as if I had never started searching for a game, saying that I was already in a game when I hit start. What makes this worse is that, when I would restart client or leave group, it would say that I left game and now my wait time for such an error is 20 min. I figured out that, if I communicated with my chat to find out when the game started I could restart client after they went to loading screen and reconnect from there- but I have no control over any form of choices in the champ select screen by doing so (runes, masteries, summoners from previous games.)

I can understand errors, but my account is actually being punished by this one.
