Got an S+ but didn't receive a chest

I got an S+ on Kennen this game, and on Kennen the first time this season. Obviously, I was excited to receive a chest, but after the end screen no notifications popped up. I go to the shop and there are no new chests. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. This has been happening on certain champs ever since installing the new client. No matter how many S's I get on Diana (I have gotten 3 so far I think) I don't receive a chest. Please fix this issue, and (hopefully) give me my chests by the end of the season.

Do you have chests available? Check out this page and make sure you're meeting all the criteria to earn a chest;

Check to see if you have any chest available to obtain. If you have none, you have to wait for X amount of days until it refresh. Generally, you get 1 free chest to obtain every week. If you're using the new client, just hover over the chest icon when you view your profile page.
Check your Collection/Champion page to see if there's a gold frame around a champion's icon. If there is one, it means you've already obtained a chest for that champ and CANNOT get another one. Which means you must play a champ that doesn't have the gold frame to get one.
If you got an S for a champ but was out of chest to obtain at that time, you can play that champ again AND have to get an S again to get a chest once you're free to get another.

I´m having the same problem, I´ve already checked if a have chests available and i do, Its not the first time, just today, i got 2 "S", one with ashe and one with lux, and Still no chests >.<
