[WEBSITE] Support ticket is blank when opened, can't view original messages

I submitted a support ticket on March 14th 02:13:55 pm. It says that there was activity on the ticket on March 15th 04:57:08 pm by what I assume was a riot support official responding. When I open the ticket, however, it comes up completely blank. No error message or anything, just the upper banner w/ language selection and the lower 'reference/follow us/games' menu. When moving my mouse across the blank space in between my cursor will turn into a hand at one point like its over a link. It's almost like everything got covered by the background.

I've tried opening the ticket in chrome, firefox, microsoft edge, restarting my computer, other computers, and even my phone with the same results.
