Camile 2nd Q bug.

I've seen two bugs with Camile Q. 1:rare is she will some times have a really slow back flip kick after 2nd Q " I've only seen this once." 2: her second Q will not grant fervor of battle stacks. While this second bug does not mean much, it seems to just be a minor oversight.
