Visual Bug in League Displays

Every time I restore the window from minimized and then move my cursor over the program, if I am on the champions, runeterra, esports, or fan art tab the window turns solid black. Moving the mouse removes the black in sections, scrolling with the mouse wheel removes all of it. This has happened once on the home tab. Here are some pictures. Running windows 10.
