[GAMEPLAY] Screen freezes when mouse is not moving. (Mac related)

Every game since patch 7.1 I have this trouble of not being able to play properly if my mouse if staying still. This of course isn't a huge deal to the large community however, to the community of mac users it has been a major problem. The screen freezes, the characters stop moving, and everything is at a halt, though I can still hear the sounds until I move my mouse again and everything resumes back to normal. It may sound redundant to complain about constantly having to keep the mouse moving since it is a game based on that, but for example if i plan to hit a skill shit such as a Q, I need to stay still for a second (screen freezes in less time then that) I miss my skill shots or they don't land as intended. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/HM494gVM-scrren-freeze-on-mac-when-mouse-not-moving Here is another example of people having difficulty with the game. I personally have not played in a while because the constant annoyance of having to move my mouse every half a second without everything being at a stay still is really irritating.
