BUG

Got Kled along with his skin today 8/10/16 when i logged on. rushed to try him out in a few normal games only to have my fps drop from my normal 350-400 to a steady 45-50. this was with both skin off and on. thinking i may simply have connection issues on my end i verified all my settings, ping, etc. then tried another normal game this time (not) playing Kled and my fps was right back up. tried another game JUST TO VERIFY (with) Kled and the fps was right back to suck. So in short playing Kled=low fps/lag. FIX PLEASE so i can get back to using him :)
