can't move while in a game

during the game play, i get stuck while playing when there is no one near me or stuns me at all. it's been going on since the new update and runes. it is frustrating when you can't farm, win a team fight or lose a game because of that. i also been asking people and some replied they experience the same thing since the new update. please help!!!
