[CLIENT] No Lobby Text and Bugged Friendslist

Friends list Bug - Friends Summoners Icons are not showing. This seems to only occur to people who were offline when I logged in and weren't online and don't come online. https://gyazo.com/88868fd3704e59128c8d5de66a6a4a0b As you can see in the photo above, one of my friends icons are visible as they were online before I took the photo. When I right click a friend without an icon, I am also unable to view their profile. 2. Lobby Chat Bug - This occurs in both the Champ Select lobby and End Game lobby. Whenever I get into Champ Select or I finish a game and go onto the lobby, I do not see the join messages or S Grade messages for End Game lobbies. https://gyazo.com/dca7f0225125d9edd18a2be8d2d528e4 As you can see in the photo, I enter the lobby with no messages, where as before I would see who joined.

These bugs remain constant even after re-installing through the hex-tech repair tool and doing a full-repair in the client. These use to not happen and I believe it began with one of the newer patches though I am not sure. Any help?
