RADS ERROR, PLS RIOT HELP!!!

I got this error when I wanted to play league at my fathers place, and it just popped this RADS problem, and I tried to check on YT for solution, and nothing, didnt work, here is the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/b4b6ok Hope RIOT figures it out, since i did saw quite some people have this error. BTW, I am lvl 30, but I dont know how to get into PBE, since I had a few bans, but becouse my computer broke down, but I still wanna help!
