Pantheon block bug with Jhin

My friends were playing a game and Jhin was getting low. Our pantheon (my friend) was hitting him with his e but somehow a block message appeared above the Jhin's head and he didn't die. We further tested this in a private match and it happened again when Jhin was low. Any ideas?
