Change name bug

Hello my name is king poop and I experienced a bug today, I've been waiting for the name King poop to become available for some time now and I checked on https://lolnames.gg/ very often and finally it was available but i was in a custom game with my friend and I changed my name while I was the host of the lobby and then restarted my client, well apparently when you do this you're still the host of the lobby and cannot join a game nor do anything on league for that matter, nothing works, tutorial,practice tool, joining new custom and regular games, nothing works.
