20:00 que out of now where

I do not know if you need a pic of my match history or if you can look this up on your own but I logged into night to play with a group of friends to find out my que was 20:00 minutes. I understand the rules and in the past there has been times when your info has changed that pc used to crash which caused a leave game (even though I'd come back to finish the game" a buster restriction. I thought maybe someone else had my account and left or something and check my match history and that is not the case. I even played via solo aram after a 20 min wait to see if it would drop and went through your punk buster website and and I see how 5 minute leave times can turn into 20:00 but according my recent games as far as I can see via logged into LoL client this hasn't happened. I haven't been even on a 5 min for as far as I can remember playing with friends. . I would love to know what might be going on
