[GAMEPLAY] Yorick interaction with Devourer enchantment

Hi Riot,

I was just spectating a Black Market Brawlers game on the OCE server and observed something odd about a Yorick jungler with a Devourer enchantment. He was followed at all times (whether he had active Ghouls or not) by multiple ghost dogs.

I'm not sure if it's just a visual defect or whether it is a real gameplay bug that allows Yorick to proc Devourer multiple times simultaneously (which would be brokenly OP). Unfortunately, I was spectating the game and not playing myself, but it seemed that only the Devourer enchantment was needed on Yorick to reproduce the 'bug'.

I've attached 2 screenshots to show you what I'm talking about.

I don't know if it's just a Yorick issue, or just limited to the new Black Market Brawlers game mode, or even just limited to the OCE server (or all of the above!). Hopefully you'll be able to isolate the issue.

UPDATE: Yorick after he has completed Sated Devourer - still has multiple ghost dogs following (see attached screenshot).

no its not just limited to yorick it happened to me when i was playing shaco and he had multiple dogs following him and i sold item since it wasnt applying passive dogs turned brown.
