Loot box bug????

Just finished a game as Orianna, end of game gave me S- and showed hey you unlocked a box. Something strange happened, where I didn't get a box, Orianna is marked that i got an S and box, it took a box from the 2 that i could get and i'm so very confused this is the first time i've ever seen this.
PS: I never play Orianna so you can go through my years play history and be like yup this is the only S game here .
