[Gameplay] Miss Fortune having no smoke from guns

hello, I'd like to mention ( or ask if the change was intended ) what's up with , she used to have her guns having smoke visuals after reaching certain amount of crit chance. Did I miss some patch notes? Smoke doesnt appear since 4-5 patches back. I liked it, and would love to get an answer.
