[GAMEPLAY] Singed Fling random
Summoner's Rift, Red team. Singed flings will intermediately (50%) fling someone in a random direction instead of over his head.

Riot should disable singed tbh. I main singed and I hate this.
At least it still flings him... He's been bugged for a while of having some of his flings simply not do anything.
I'm wondering if (after reading other posts) the enemy champion gets flinged the direction they're moving. Would explain random directions and the 'straight up' flung.
