It keeps happening while I'm trying to get to mastery 5, no matter if we win or lose. And it's not just a visual bug, since I'm still stuck at M4 despite only needing 180 points to advance.
What's up with that? What do i do?
I've started playing Kindred and I have been hard-carrying games, High KP, High CS and Good Utility score. This undefined mastery bug has happened to me around 5 time to me now and it's really annoying :(

I had the same problem like 5 times now. I lost 2 S ranks and many points cause i won all these games.
Same problem, seems like a new thing and also doesn't show a grade in match history

It happened to me in some Ranked games recently. No matter if you win or lose the game, you get XP and LP, but you get +0 mastery points.

yup same here. Please fix that riot, its so frustrating when you do pretty well in a game expect like 1200 mastery points and then I just get nothing
Is Riot going to fix this or not? It has been like this for weeks! They don't announce anything or fix anything about it what the fuck. Does it have to do with the Match History problems?

I can confirm happened to me more than 10 times till now.
Same here, almost 2 weeks with no mastery points and my friends have same error when they play with me.
The worst thing about this is that Riot didn't say anything still
Happened to me as well just now and I had the same issue. I've also had it on 29/9, 26/9, 22/9 and 21/9. Glad to see over half a month has passed with no reply.

same thing as above - with ryze from lvl 4 to 5 and now with shaco going from lvl 3 to 4 won the game needed 400odd points - GG rito plz add these points later and i wont write u off the xmas card list
